Version 3.0 of SBCroix's PS3 Theme Builder has been released. Download it at the Create PS3 Themes tutorial. Note: You must upgrade from a previously installed version of the theme builder.

    Theme must be downloaded from the author’s site due to request. Can only be downloaded through the PS3’s browser.
