Version 3.0 of SBCroix's PS3 Theme Builder has been released. Download it at the Create PS3 Themes tutorial. Note: You must upgrade from a previously installed version of the theme builder.

I think that the background is nice, but I was looking for something else when it came to icons. A definete 5 IF you had better icons.
