Version 3.0 of SBCroix's PS3 Theme Builder has been released. Download it at the Create PS3 Themes tutorial. Note: You must upgrade from a previously installed version of the theme builder.

Nice, not bad. Icons could see some improvements though, and the edges around the icons & the character in the fore ground could be smoothed/blurred out a bit.
